This gift certificate is redeemable toward accommodations at Gardiner House and for food and beverage purchases when charged to a registered guest room. It is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The original certificate must be presented at the time of redemption. The certificate value will be applied to the final folio at checkout. Partial redemptions are permitted; any unused balance will remain available until the expiration date, if applicable. Lost, stolen, or damaged certificates cannot be replaced. Gardiner House reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
